My reserve Pinot Noir, which @gregsherwoodmw called a “youthful Gevrey-Chambertin”, sold out pretty quickly, but I’m equally excited about the new 2021 which was finally released this week. Burgundy is always an inspiration for me, but I think it’s okay to consider Pinot Noir in a South African context — for me this tightly knit and nuanced wine has a place at the grown-up table anytime 😎 Just 1300 bottles produced.
